We List Items Online Two Weeks (or More) in Advance to Maximize the Price We Can Get for Each Item

Unlike other companies where everything is only sold during the sale (putting you at a disadvantage because buyers know you’re on a tight timeline), we get your items in front of buyers early. This means we sell items at our full asking price - not discounted. Clients are happy to pay this price because they know they are getting special treatment by buying before the sale. Some buyers at estate sales with higher-priced items will wait for the second day to get them at a 50% discount. We avoid this by selling higher-priced items beforehand.

We Sell Almost Everything to Clear the Home

If a buyer needs help moving something to their car, our trained team jumps in and makes it happen. Our employees are always available to carry boxes, follow buyers around for extra hands, or assist however needed. This level of service means we sell far more than anyone else.

We will also be listing select higher-end items on the Jason L Carlson Facebook Marketplace page prior to the sale. Buyers are welcome to purchase qualifying items at the listed price before the event. Additional items will continue to be added and updated through the final day of the sale.
